Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RapidApply ("the Service"), operated by RapidApply ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RapidApply helps you run a job search: it tailors resumes and cover letters from the background you provide, drafts application answers, scores job openings against your profile, prepares applications for your review, and coaches you through mock interviews. AI-generated output is grounded in the information you supply — the Service is designed never to invent experience, credentials, or metrics on your behalf.

• Accuracy. You are responsible for the truth of the background you provide and for reviewing every document or answer before you send it to an employer. Generated drafts are suggestions, not statements we make on your behalf.
• Your account. Keep your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to spam employers, to probe or disrupt our systems or the job boards we read from, or for anything unlawful.

Job openings shown in the feed are published by the hiring companies on their own public job boards. We do not represent those employers, do not guarantee any listing is current or genuine (our Ghost-risk signals are heuristics, not facts), and are not involved in their hiring decisions. Applying is always between you and the employer.

We work to improve your odds; we cannot promise outcomes. The Service does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

The free tier has daily usage limits. Paid plans, when available, are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase, with a 7-day money-back guarantee and the ability to cancel anytime (access continues through the period already paid). We may adjust plan prices and limits prospectively — never retroactively for a period you have already paid.

You own what you provide and what the Service generates for you — your profile, resumes, letters, and answers are yours to use anywhere. We (and our licensors) own the Service itself: the software, design, brand, and features, including Ascent Score™ and Provenance™. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing).

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@rapidapply.online.
